Making a purchase is easy; just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order through PayPal.
Why do we use PayPal?
Using PayPal means that we don’t see or store your payment details. You are protected. All credit and debit card transactions are carried out by PayPal who are a dedicated 3rd party payment processing service with 128bit SSL encryption for ultimate security. Your information, name, email and postal information is kept on a secure server e.g. PayPal’s.
Other ways to pay.
Don’t have a PayPal account, or just don’t like PayPal? That’s okay. You can log in as a guest, enter your Debit or Credit card details. Then PayPal will process the payment. Natural Beauty Care does not see your banking information, just your name, address and handily enough, your order.
Paying by BACS (Bank transfer).

We will confirm receipt of your order. When doing your BACS – please put your name as a reference on the BACS transfer and let us know (email / text) when the payment has been sent. We’d like to get your order to you quickly so will need your full name, order and postal address when you are ordering, please.

Paying by cheque.
Please make the cheque out to Natural Beauty Care and post to 33 Balkerach Street, Doune, FK16 6DE. The cheque will need to clear (usually 5 working days). We will also need your order details and postal address, please.
Being a little eco-minded, and to support the Reduce, Reuse and Recycle campaign we may sent out your order in reused packaging e.g. cardboard boxes that had a previous life. Your order will still be safe and secure inside, but may not be pretty on the outside. We don’t believe in spending money on packaging that you will have to recycle when it’s job is simply to get the product to you intact.
All items delivered within the United Kingdom are shipped using Royal Mail Post. A modest cost is estimated at check out. If a customer places an order over the value of £100, postage may need to be recalculated prior to order fulfillment. For overseas deliveries i.e. countries outside of the UK, including Europe the postage costs may differ as site postage is worked out according to UK delivery. When postage is considerably different, the customer will be advised and given the option to proceed with the order or opt for a full no quibble refund. Given the nature of the goods, Standard Parcel delivery is the usual option for postage as the items are too bulky to fit through the letterbox – of course there are exceptions.
Unfortunately this also applies to one of our best sellers ‘Bitter Crystals’ which is tiny. Customers are advised to order 2 or more items if items are being regularly used for cost efficiency in their postage.
You may be required to pay import duties and taxes in certain countries for which we are not responsible. We recommend that, before ordering, you obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country the goods are being dispatched to.
We will dispatch orders ASAP, within 3 working days of purchase. Standard Parcels take between 3-5 working days. Royal Mail aims to deliver good to Europe within 3 days and to the rest of the world within 5 days. The Middle East and Asia deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
Out of stock items
While we strive to keep all our items well stocked, there may be occasions where we get caught short. If this happens on your order, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the situation and offer the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, or indeed, wait if you don’t mind.
In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive an incorrect item from us, or a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us in writing (preferably by e-mail) within seven days of receiving the goods. We will refund or replace at no extra cost to you. The incorrect product must then be returned to us within seven working days. We strongly advise that you retain proof of posting as we cannot replace or refund without having first received the damaged/incorrect product. Note: any item may be returned from an order. If returning an item(s) that is part of a “kit” or a ‘special offer’ a partial refund will be given for that item(s). The refund given in such cases will not be the same as the full retail value of such item(s), as such kits are discounted in price. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Cancellation of order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should first e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and then once a reply has been received the goods should be returned to Returns, Natural Beauty Care, 33 Balkerach Street, Doune, FK16 6DE in their original packing and in their original condition. This does not apply for European or other world zones outside of the UK.
Natural Beauty Care will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned until they are returned. We recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card via PayPal, or if you paid by cheque, a refund will be sent to you by check. If you decide not to return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.
Natural Beauty Care knows that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and your information will not be sold, passed on to or shared with any other source unless required by law. We abide by the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes. You may request details of information that we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you do not want to receive e-mails from us in the future or if you think that information we hold about you is incorrect, please let us know by sending an e-mail or writing, and we will update your details immediately.
