Postal delivery times.
Our parcels are all sent through Royal Mail and are sent 1st class in the UK and by standard parcel elsewhere. We do not offer premium postal services such courier or next day delivery as they are cost-prohibitive for our customers given the relatively low unit cost of the products.

I was wondering if you could tell me the difference between your Aloe Ferox Crystal Bitters and Aloe Ferox Fabulous Fibre Bitters tabs, as I’m trying to decide which one would suit me better and to purchase?

Hello Rosie, I would recommend the Fibre Tabs before the crystals as they are easier to administer with your dose size. But if you are chronically constipated, crystals for a few days and then Tabs for maintenance.
