Refund Policy — Natural Beauty Care

We outline here refund eligibility, payments and a disclaimer regarding wellbeing guidance.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued when:

  • An incorrect item has been sent
  • An item arrives damaged
  • A UK customer cancels an order within the permitted cancellation period

Refunds are processed only once returned goods are received and confirmed to be in saleable condition.

All refunds are made via the original payment method used at checkout.

If products are not received due to a customer error with shipping details, that is outwith our control. If the item is returned a refund will be made in full.

Customers have the right to change the decision to purchase, and can return the product in a resaleable condition, but return postage will be at the customer’s expense.

Payments

We accept secure online payments via Stripe and PayPal.
We no longer accept:

  • Cheques
  • Bank transfers (BACS)
