Returns, Damaged & Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing your order. However, in the unfortunate event that you receive an incorrect item, or an item that has been damaged or lost in transit, please contact us in writing (preferably by email) within seven days of receiving the goods.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photograph of any damaged item
Once reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
Please retain proof of postage if you are returning an item, in case the parcel does not reach us.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Cancellation of Orders (UK Customers)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel an online order within seven working days of receiving the goods.
To cancel:

This cancellation policy applies to UK customers only and does not extend to European or other international zones.
Natural Beauty Care cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to goods until they are safely returned to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service.
Once goods are received in a saleable condition, a refund will be issued via the original payment method.
